If you make a source code change and want to make it available to Tolven, you can prepare a patch file containing the changes and email it to Tolven or post it to a Sourceforge forum.
Select the project(s) you are changing in the Eclipse Package Explorer view, right mouse, and select Team > Create Patch... and follow the instructions.
Either send the patch file to Tolven or post it to an appropriate forum in Tolven's sourceforge project.
